If I could rate lower I would! Disappointing. Traveling on business looking for a place to eat...Reviewed their menu on line and decided to eat there. Impressions: place was almost empty but had to wait a while for service. Part of ithe restaurants' name is "Bar"...Ordered a dirty martini.. Waited and waited.... When I inquired I was told the bartender was having trouble making...finally received it, was 2/3rds olive juice.. Sent it back... Received a new one that was less than half full.. Inquired if this was appropriate size and told yes...later reviewed UT liquor law and found out that it should have been prepared, then shaken and served in front of me...,,didn't happen...Ordered medium steak... came out rare... It was like rubber...after mishap with martini didn't mention...flavorless...A1 couldn't help!.....had to ask for utensils and on and on..very poor.

We used to think this place was great, but then they pumped their prices up higher than they're worth. While all the other wingers around town are going out of business, they're starting to put out the same high priced- lower quality food and lackluster service that made the others go down. I'm disappointed to say I can't justify going back.

There's multiple locations for the same stores, both with this location and Murray (this review will apply to there also), so perhaps someone at Yelp should get busy with some consolidation. Even though this is a chain, it's more of a regional one and the food is of sufficiently high quality that they're worthy of a review. As it goes, I've eaten at both locations multiple times, but enjoy the sort of "diner" style seating here better as it affords more intimacy than the place in Murray, which has too many tables "floating" that's just a matter of my own personal preference. The service and food at both has been nothing short of exemplary. My favorite thing here, obviously perhaps, is the wings, though I'm not really eating wings too much anymore these days. Their Winger sauce is great and if it's not enough, you can also choose from any number of open hot sauces, similar to how Firehouse Subs does it. Several of their other entrees are perhaps equally as good as those awesome wings and they're consistently well-cooked and sometimes well-conceived as well. This sort of exemplifies the best of what chains can offer; a consistently solid standby that can always be relied upon.

Wings are great! We tried the REBEL wings per server suggestion but I guess she doesn't know Mexicans have a thing for spice so we ordered the atomic sauce and then we had a party in our mouth. Services was great and the cookie zookie is a must! Freshly baked! Fridays and Saturday nights it's unplugged mike night for local musicians so it was cool. Beware if server mistakenly takes ur side order wrong they might charge u extra.

Some of the fastest service I've ever had! Came with my boss for lunch, place wasn't very busy. I got a chicken sandwich and he got a wrap. Within maybe five minutes of ordering they had our food out to us! And it wasn't sloppily done either. Delicious as usual.

I ordered the wings for the first time tonight. I know the place is called Wingers so maybe I should have ordered them sooner. They were delicious! Big and perfectly fried with the perfect amount of sauce. I also ordered a sticky finger salad. That was just ok. I probably won't get the salad again. I ordered take out. I love the the take out window.

Brett is amazing!!!! He has an awesome personality and is super attentive!!! Our first meal out while visiting SLC was great!!! And the asphalt cake is so good too!! Thanks Brett!!!

This place is a typical restaurant, I didn't really see anything special. I don't know why they give you popcorn, I much rather have bread or maybe better popcorn. A lot on the menu but nothing stood out to me so I got a chicken sandwich. I have no complaints about this place it just doesn't catch my attention

Went here with Mom and the boy after our first choice restaurant turned out to be a bar and the boy was not allowed in. Thanks Yelp!! Anyway, I tried Chicken and Waffles for the first time, mostly because I had been wanting to after learning about it and because they happened to have it on the menu. The boy was disgusted with me for some reason. The waffles were good, and I enjoyed the combo of flavors but my chicken was tough and dry. A definite downer! The boy had a pound of wings with the classic buffalo sauce....I tried one and they were good. Now to Mom. She ordered the Wing dinner with the Original sauce and OMG, they were fantastic. Everything I look for in a wing. They were fried perfectly crunchy and the sauce was sweet and a little tangy....super delicious! I was a little jealous but don't tell her cuz she was also a little grossed out by my chicken and waffle choice! Our server was very young but attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We had a good experience.

I hate to post negative reviews but terrible service!!! Took 20 minutes to get drinks, they didn't all come, some were wrong, and to top it off...we were the only table in the place! We just cancelled our food order and left.

I love the food. I usually go for the tenders in original sauce, with blue cheese. A great standard, and reminds me of lots of southern food. The service at this location is decent, but not amazing. Service can take a while, on all fronts (including food time), so be prepared to be patient, and enjoy the popcorn. I'm not a huge fan of the "sports bar" atmosphere, because it is quite loud with lots of tvs. Fortunately, this location has call ahead AND a drive through, which enables me to get the food, and enjoy it in another environment of my choosing.

I love this place. The food is excellent, and they are accommodating for those who have food allergies. The servers are very attentive and courteous. Be careful of their take out, they have messed up my order twice, both times causing trouble with my food allergies. The food arrives quickly, and is cooked to perfection. I have never had to send back a steak for being over or under cooked. Their steamed veggies are delicious!

  • Paylish P.

Why does perfection change? Used to be great now costs have been cut and prices raised. Food is now blah and waffels are on the menu. No, I don't want to pay extra for 5oz side of Amazing Sauce... I never did in the past! Bullshiz!

I ordered take out and waited 25 minutes this should have taken 10 minutes at the most. When I got home the wings were terrible. They were over cooked and the meat and skin was terrible. When did they stop breading their wings? Won't be going back there again.

Food was excellent and prepared pretty quickly. Would have given it a five but our server left a lot to be desired. Our first time here and we would definitely try it again.

So, I've tried Winger's multiple times and have even ventured out further on the menu. This is my conclusion: I only really like their Wings (go figure) and the Mint Asphalt Pie. Recommendation(s): Wings and Mint Asphalt Pie.

I've visited here many times and the service was average and seemed to care about the customers. The food is nothing really to rave about but I definitely would not say that the food is bad. And what is average? It was good food. I found my last visit to be just what I expected and again, nothing to write home about; however, as I was seated with my parents, we waited for over 12 minutes to be served (yeah. I timed it. I'm annal). We finely got service by the manger who apologized more than enough. She made sure that she waited on us and made sure that another waiter took over the table. With constant care, the experience was more than average. It was great. Once our order was taken, it did not take long for the food to arrive. It was hot and one could tell that it did not see the likes of a food lamp. There is a "sports bar" section on the north side of the restaurant, if one wants to order a box (no charge) and listen to a game while eating. Been on that side before- it's great. If you don't want to listen to the game, then the don't sit on that side, just enjoy the other monitors of various sports being played throughout the restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and at the time, there were no crying children (always a negative in my book) which made the dinner more enjoyable. We were given two discount coupons for the next time we visited the place due to the inconvenience of being served so late. Winger's Grill & Bar is good place to stop and chew the fat (not the food--conversation), while eating some good food. Or to eat while watching a game. Check it out. And if you are not being looked after in the first 10 minutes of arrival, go easy on them. They may be so apologetic that you may get some coupons.

Surprisingly good! We came for a quick dinner as well as to catch Game 4 of the NBA Finals. We requested a table with a good view of a TV. But really i think every table in the place has some view of one of their many TVs. We were kindly seated by the big screen and offered a speakerbox. A what?? A speakerbox, or a portable little radio so we can hear the game too. This is the first time I've ever seen something like this at a restaurant and I dare say, it's genius! As for the food we had a combination plate of wings and ribs with the unlimited house salad. The chicken wings were awesome and definitely what I will be ordering the next time around. They outside is slightly crispy and now drowned in sauce. The ribs were decent, but nothing mind-blowing. The plate also came with cole slaw, beans, and unlimited fries. For a bill that came out to about $20, there was plenty of food for 2. Good atmosphere and good food, well then I'm sold!

From being a server a few times as part time jobs through high school and part of my college,i expect good service. When i do not receive good service because of my age i get offended. Our server took forever to approach our table in the first place. Then once we finally got our food 20 minutes after we ordered she disappeared before i could tell that all of my toppings were missing on the burger i had ordered. When she returned to the table with the toppings to my surprise she handed me leaf lettuce and a whole pickle which i then had to cut up myself and place on the burger. Also, when refilling drinks she took both of our cups away instead of bringing 2 new cups and taking the old. For the price we paid for the food it was not worth it. The burger was dry and flavorless. My fiances wings were soggy and the sauce was a little too sweet to be a buffalo sauce as the server had said. Either way i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service was terrible and the food was not what i had hoped it would be.

The experience was awesome. Our waiter was very friendly and he never let our cups go empty before taking them for refills. Food was awesome, quick, and presentable. Definitely recommended.

Love the new Winger's! I hadn't been since they'd hanged their menus, recipes, and presentation, but boy am I glad that I did. The good old winger's sauce remains the same, so all of your favorite flavors are still there, but the new spin on the food is well worth the visit. Prices have gone up (barely a budge). Suggestion: Fish & Chips Southern Style!

This is a fairly new location, one I was excited that my local neighborhood was starting to have a bigger variety of restaurants than your typical Golden Coral joint. The service here is great, not once did I feel that I was forgotten especially on a busy night. The decor of the bar is nice, wide screen TVs all over. Would be a great place to hang out and watch a game, can see it being very popular during playoffs. As for the food... eh', didn't really grab. We had ordered the "all you can eat" dish and to be honest I had to force myself to eat a 2nd dish to get my money's worth. The wings were way to sweet. I can usually handle sweets but this actually hurt my cheeks from the concentrated sugar. I wouldn't mind coming here again but definitely would not be ordering the wings.

Don't go to this location if you don't like surprises. It's a corporate store where they try out new stuff on you without asking. They advertise one thing on the menu and then bring you something different. Then when you bring it to management's attention they'll just shine you on. That's what the CEO did to us by email. Stick with the franchise locations.

We wanted to hit a place we hadn't been to in a while and wanted a good view to a tv to see the Daytona 500 highlights. I have always loved their Philly Cheese Steak, so I was jonesin' for one. I get there and looking at the menu board before being seated and noticed they have their own brand of beer. I love beer. We ordered a sampler platter of the 5 different brews they offer. The Amazing Blonde, Hazy Wheat Hefeweisen, and the Winter Ale were pretty good. The Kings Pale Ale (IPA) was ok, and the Bootleg Porter (dark) was a little bitter even for my taste. Ordered up a tall Hefe and a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. This is my favorite item on the menu. I love a Moochie's cheese steak, but this one is a very close second. The waitress was excellent and seemed to be having fun. I would give it 5 stars, but i hate the waitresses being too young to serve alcohol. Waiting for the bartender to take my drink order can be brutal! I love beer.

I hate spicy. So why do I love their sauce so friggin' much?!! It's all American with a twist. And you have to have the wingers wings with sauce and ranch. It's spicy but sweet at the same time. You'll be finding yourself eating more and more. Plus they give you free popcorn as an appetizer!

I love any Wingers location. This one is by my house which is great. They always have great food and great beer. The sticky finger wrap and cobb salad are my favorites. I like how they brew their own beer also.

Enjoyed a great meal with great company tonight. Customer service was spectacular, she was very patient and attentive to our needs. Kept bringing hot sauce because she knew we liked our food hot. Jive And Quiet Place To Play Catch Up.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Their amazing sauce is just that, friggin amazing. Love getting some wings with amazing sauce. Also love their fries and dipping them in the creamy amazing sauce. Service is what is getting stars taken off. Our waitress had placed the wrong order and got me teriyaki wings, which as I previously stated how much I love the amazing sauce I was disappointed. I politely asked her for the correct wings and had to wait quite a while for the correct ones. She also left us waiting to ask for our check for about 15 minutes, sorry I think 15 minutes is way too long to leave a table without checking in.

Truly missing their original spicy amazing sauce (if that's what it's called). The rebel sauce just doesn't have that same kick. Their atomic buffalo sauce is also okay, nothing too special. I just don't love their wings as much as I used to. My last visit consisted of rebel sauce wings and chicken pot pie. Yes, CHICKEN POT PIE. If you have never had this, I highly recommend it. I'm no expert on this dish anywhere else but I enjoyed every bite of it. Yummy flakey crust with flavorful creamy sauce. For dessert, we decided to expand from the common but favorite asphalt pie and tried the Cookie Zookie! Cookie topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, whip cream, and pecans, yum! Great service and free popcorn is a plus!

I've been here several times and have always gotten good food, at reasonable prices, with phenomenal service. It's just a national chain and is nothing special. It's also located in an area where pretty much everything is a national chain and is nothing special. So, this place is as about as good as it gets around here.

I came here about 2 hours before they closed their doors and received (I think) the strangest service ever.. Made eye contact (and even verbal "I haven't been helped") with several waiters and waitresses but to no avail. 10 minutes of annoyingly standing in the middle of the not at all busy seating area led me to sit myself. Again, as 2-4 waiters and waitresses (even the bartender) seeing me and myself reiterating, "I have not been helped," led me to walk up to the nearest waiter and said, "hey, you want to be my waiter?" An embarrassed young waiter attempted to apologize but I just walked back and sat at my self-assigned seat. Literally everything from that point on was a hick up, here or there, and by no means made me feel welcome or taken care of. Slow service, cold/stale popcorn (which you get at your table when you're seated), and no water/refill unless I asked. In the future - never again!

Honestly I'm not sure why I've been here so any times. It's never very good an it's over priced. Their Asphalt pie is the only thing truly worth ordering. Or as my husband and I affectionately call it "Asshole Pie". There's been a few times where the service was really bad and we were completely ignored or the food was cold. The last time we went there were two servers and we happened to get the one more concerned with a table of 6 meatheads then us. It never fails to surprise me how dumb some servers can be. Do you really think that acting like a hoe will get you better tips? Because the men in my family will purposely stiff you for acting hoe-y. If they wanted tits swinging in their faces they'd go to a strip joint. And any guy who enjoys that kind of behavior is not worth having. So in summary, I've cell to my senses and I don't think I'll come back for anything except a to-go order of Asphalt pie.

I was unable to finish my order of wings last night and when I asked the waiter for a box, he said they weren't allowed to provide me with one since I ordered the All You Can Eat Wing Dinner ($13.99). Nowhere on the menu stated any sort of rules or conditions, and I wasn't informed of this prior to ordering so I was pretty taken aback. My friend and I had 9 untouched wings leftover and we were completely stuffed. There was no way we could have finished, and we felt terrible wasting so much food. I should have just ordered 12 wings (since that's all I received with the AYCE deal) off the regular menu for $14.99 if I had known I wouldn't be given a box.

Tonight seemed to be one of the better nights to eat at Wingers. I was surprised at the lower reviews that the restaurant has. We were seated rather quickly and were able to order drinks and food as well. The waitress was attentive and didn't miss a beat. I ordered the new Barn Yard burger and my girlfriend accompanying me had The W. We also ordered the regular order of naked wings as an appetizer and was thoroughly impressed. If you're in the area definitely stop by this place and try it out.

I haven't been here in quite sometime but we wanted sticky fingers. They were just as expected, delish! I was not impressed with the waiters lack of knowledge of the menu. I was also not impressed when I asked what beers they had and was only told about the beers made by wingers. It wasn't until I got up to use the restrooms that I saw the other brews on tap. Restrooms were clean and well kept for. Fast service and even though we didn't want dessert our waiter let us know it was included in our meal and that we could take it to go. Made for a sweet treat later when we were watching movies!

Went here last night with my husband. He ordered the all you can eat wings and I ordered a veggie burger with garlic fries. We also got the beer sampler. His first order of wings came and he said they were fine, but there were only 4 which I found a little odd. He said his wings were cooked nicely, but the sauce that they're "known for" was WAY too sweet. Also, the sticky fingers (they call these their boneless wings, but they're honestly just chicken tenders because of the size) were really dry. For his second order, he asked for only traditional bone in wings and if they could do two sauces and the waitress replied yes. She came back to the table with three wings served on an appetizer plate. Also very strange. Overall, he said he'd take buffalo wild wings any day. As far as our beer sampler, the beers were fine. We're originally from a city deemed Beer CIty USA in 2013 so we try not to be too harsh. With state liquor laws however, the waitress could only bring out 4 of the 5 beers in our flight at once. I get this one is a law, but same thing as the wings, it's just odd and awkward. Anyway, the beer was okay (all were winger's brothers brewing - a blonde ale, hefeweizen, pale ale, porter, and summer pilsner), but I wouldn't ever get one again. As far as my burger, it was one of the worst meals I've ever had. Being a vegetarian, I pretty much expect to have to order veggie burgers at any grill or sports bar type place, but even as a real burger, this would have been awful! Their veggie burger is a black bean burger which I personally don't like. That is more of a preference thing so I wouldn't say that's their fault or anything, however... The toppings (1 tomato slice, 1 leaf of lettuce, and 3 red onion rings) were served on the side and none looked very fresh. I took the bun off to put on my toppings, and the sauce that was supposed to be on my burger was there, but it was about the size of a nickel. I asked for more at one point, but the waitress must have forgotten. Also, the bun was just WAY too much for this burger. I had to cut the top bun in half because it was all I could taste. It was also very dry which a proper amount of sauce could have likely helped. Aside from that, there was just no character to it. The only "special" thing about it is the sauce and I really didn't even get any so there is nothing that separated it from a regular burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion for me. The only highlight was that both of our fries were good. His were steak fries seasoned well and mine were garlic that had a nice sauce. Not good enough to make it worth another trip though.

We have eaten at other wingers locations in the past and had bad experiences, enough that we decided not to eat there again. After a few years we were driving by and decided to give them another shot. we were seated immediately and given a high chair for our baby. The waitress, Lauren was sweet and never left us wondering where she was, our food was, or our drinks were. She gave us suggestions on how to get the most wings for the best price. She was constantly updating us on our orders and was quick to refill our drinks. We loved it
